Vintage is Always Better

The photo I posted on Saturday was the upholstery of my favorite retro lazy boy. Very comfy!! Today's might be a little tougher but I think the general concept will be easy to grasp.

A Beautiful Day

Art in LA

My good friend Rebekah Waites created an amazing art installation at this last years Burning Man. The project was called the Church Trap, and they ended up burning the giant faux church at the end of the event. Inside of the church was an 1800's organ fitted with LED lights and old sheet music. Well Rebekah saved the organ and last night it went on display at the Spring Street Art Tower in downtown LA. The event was part of the monthly dtla art walk. The piece will be on display till May, go check it out!

This one won't be Hard

I love vintage pieces, their flaws and scrapes tell a beautiful story of the life they have lived. This is one of my favorite pieces that we have the prop house I work at.

What's in a Name

Yesterday was pretty easy, an old reel to reel recorder, they don't make them like that anymore.

Now this might be a little easier, you know what just sit back and enjoy this one.
